About the author

Jaap Boonstra is hoogleraar ‘Organisatieverandering’ aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam en aan de Esade Business School in Barcelona. Hij is tevens docent en begeleider bij de Nederlandse School voor Openbaar Bestuur. Als adviseur begeleidt hij maatschappelijke organisaties in complexe veranderingen. Hij publiceerde onder meer Dynamics of Organizational Change and Learning, Leider in cultuurverandering en Verandermanagement in 28 lessen.
